Refunds & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at Support@duskdrink.com with your order number.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for products that have been opened or used.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage before approving a return or replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
