Return & Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at Support@duskdrink.com with your order number.
  2. Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for products that have been opened or used.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage before approving a return or replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
